The Cañada Blanch Center for Contemporary Spanish Studies welcomes applications to the Miguel Dols Fellows Scheme. The Centre will invite three or four academics (both early-career and PhD researchers, as well as more established academics) conducting research on any of the topics on the remits of the Centre. This Scheme will take place during the LSE’s Spring Term (Tuesday 6 May – Friday 20 June 2025) at the Cañada-Blanch Centre at the London School of Economics and Political Science (London).
The application process is open until 20 February 2025 and preference will be given to topics that tackle, among others, issues such as sustainable development; climate change; the rise of inequalities; demographic change and migration; innovation, technology, and productivity; the state of democracy, governance and government; the challenges of European integration; education and employment; health challenges; or the gender and ethnic gaps. Preference will also be given to those projects that relate to Spain and the UK simultaneously.
